Refund policy

You can set up your project before paying. If a charge looks wrong, we’ll help you sort it out.

Cancel anytime before renewal

Open the project’s Billing page and choose Manage subscription. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges. The billing portal shows when your paid access ends. Cancellation by itself does not refund the current billing period.

Billing errors and refund requests

We’ll correct confirmed duplicate or incorrect charges. For an unexpected renewal, unauthorized charge or other refund request, email [email protected] from the address you use for billing. Include the project name, charge date and receipt number if you have it. Keep card details and passwords private.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments. Your bank or payment provider determines when the credit appears. Any refund or cancellation rights that apply by law still apply.
