Babloo policies
Privacy policy
Your content is yours. Here’s what Babloo needs to run your workspace, who can see it, and how you can control it.
Effective November 3, 2026
What we collect and why
- Account and workspace. We use your verified Google email, name and account identifier to sign you in and identify your memberships. We store project names, roles, invitations and settings to run your workspace.
- Connected accounts and content. When you authorize a channel, we receive account details and access credentials. We process the drafts, media, schedules, post activity and analytics needed to provide the features you use.
- Payments and support. Dodo Payments handles checkout and payment details. We use your name, email, project reference and subscription records to manage billing. If you contact us, we use your message to help you.
- Service activity. We use session cookies and technical records such as IP addresses and error logs to keep you signed in, troubleshoot and protect the service.
Who can access your information
People you invite can see project information according to their roles. Social platforms receive the information needed to connect an account or publish content you choose. Providers help us deliver hosting, security, payments and email. If you use an optional content tool that sends input to another provider, that provider processes the input needed for that request.
We don’t sell personal information or use your private project content for advertising. We may disclose information when legally required. Providers and social platforms may process information in other countries.
How we protect it
Public connections use HTTPS. Project access is controlled by sign-in and membership roles. The backend handles social connection credentials to perform authorized actions. The iPhone app stores its session in the iOS Keychain. Media used for publishing may be accessible to someone who has its direct link, including the platform fetching it. If you believe your account or project access has been compromised, email [email protected].
Google and YouTube
Google sign-in uses basic identity information. YouTube access is separate and requires your permission. Babloo uses YouTube API Services to manage authorized channels, upload videos and retrieve analytics. We may process video details, comments and engagement data for those features, where available.
Our use and transfer of Google API data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. See Google’s privacy policy and manage access in your Google account.
Retention, deletion and your choices
We keep account, project and content information while needed to provide the workspace. We may retain billing, security or backup records for legal, operational and recovery purposes. Disconnect a channel to stop future access through Babloo. Published posts remain on the social platform unless removed there.
Use Delete account in account settings or email [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion. If you email us, include your sign-in address, the project or channel involved and what you want removed. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, obtain a copy of your data or contact your privacy regulator. We may verify your identity before acting on a request.
